Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Kahoot Bot and is it free to use?

Kahoot Bot is a 100% free web-based tool that lets you send automated player bots into any live Kahoot game lobby. There are no subscriptions, paywalls, or hidden charges. You can use it as many times as you like directly from your browser.

How do I flood bots into a Kahoot game?

Using Kahoot Bot takes three quick steps: 1) Copy the 6 to 8 digit Game PIN from the host's screen. 2) Enter the PIN into our control panel and type your chosen nickname prefix. 3) Choose your bot count (up to 3) and click 'Flood Bots'. Your bots will join the game lobby in under a second.

Does Kahoot Bot work unblocked on school Chromebooks?

Yes! Because Kahoot Bot is a purely browser-based platform running on high-speed cloud infrastructure, it bypasses standard school filters such as Securly, GoGuardian, and Lightspeed. No VPN or administrative access is needed.

Do I need to download extensions or install software?

No downloads or extensions are needed. Unlike old scripts that require Python, Node.js, or shady browser extensions, our tool handles everything in the cloud and works directly on Chrome, Safari, Edge, and mobile browsers.

Why is the bot limit set to 3 bots maximum?

We intentionally cap bot deployment at 3 bots per session. This provides maximum entertainment and allows you to participate with fun nicknames without crashing the host's game, lagging classroom Wi-Fi, or causing disruptive server outages.

Do the bots automatically answer questions in the quiz?

Yes! Our bots actively listen for the question start signal from the game server and immediately submit randomized answers. They participate in every round, score points, build answer streaks, and can even land on the podium leaderboard.

How do custom nicknames work?

You can enter any nickname prefix you want (e.g. 'FastBot' or 'Ninja'). The system automatically numbers your bots sequentially ('FastBot 1', 'FastBot 2', 'FastBot 3') to prevent duplicate name errors and ensure all bots join successfully.

Can the teacher or host see who sent the bots?

No. The game host only sees player names appearing on the lobby screen, exactly like normal players joining from their phones or laptops. Our platform operates with a zero-log policy and does not expose your device identity.

What should I do if bots fail to connect or get kicked?

First, verify that the 6-8 digit Game PIN is correct and the game has not already started. If the host enabled 2-Step Join (flashing pattern colors) or locked the lobby, automated bots cannot enter. If you just disconnected bots, wait 10 seconds before attempting to reconnect.

Do you offer bots for other classroom quiz games?

Yes! We also provide specialized tools for other popular games including Blooket Flooder (blooketflooder.com), Blooket Bot (blooketbot.com), and Gimkit Bot. Check the Other Games section on our homepage for direct links.
